Where in the world did my motivation go?

Well here in Tennessee it seems like we have just been hit really hard this year for snow. And for those who don't know I was born and raised in California, where if we wanted snow we went and saw it and then came home where it was usually in the 60's. Since I was raised in sunny califonia I never learned how to drive in the snow, and since being in Tennessee I have driven in the snow a whole wopping 2 times, becasue I am just petrified of it. One of those times was today when I decided to go down and pick up the mail, welllllll, I got stuck in my driveway. I had to call my husband and father to come and get me out! My electricity bill was also through the roof for December and so I decided to turn my thermostat down and now my husband feels the need to walk around with a beenie on his head all day! I only turned it down to 65, for pete sake.

So anyway, long story short I have not been as motivated as I would like to be since the new year started, but I hope that that is all going to change! Tomorrow I plan on getting my house all cleaned up, and then I will post pictures of the scarves that I have made so far. Perhaps I will even get some more sewing done tomorrow and be able to finish up on Sammy's PJ's that I have been working on since Fall.
